Return & Refund Policy

At Glaimiz, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to delivering high-quality skincare products, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer a 03-day return and refund window, starting from the day you receive your order. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product must be in its original, sealed condition (unopened and unused).
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Follow these steps to request a return or refund:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  2. Email us at order@glaimiz.com with your order number, issue details, and attached photos.
  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll be asked to send the product back in its original sealed packaging to our return address.
  4. After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the refund approval.
  5. Upon approval, your refund will be processed through your selected refund method.

Exchange Policy

Received the wrong product? Don’t worry we’ll make it right. You may request an exchange if:

  • The item delivered is not the one you ordered.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • The request is made within 15 days of delivery.

Please Note: If you wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for the delivery charges incurred during the exchange process.

Steps to exchange a product:

  1. Email us at order@glaimiz.com with your order number and exchange details.
  2. Send back the wrongly received item in its original sealed packaging.
  3. Once approved, we will dispatch the correct product to you promptly.

To get your desired product faster, you can also return the incorrect item and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened or used.
  • If the packaging is damaged or unsealed by the customer.
  • On sale items or gift cards.
  • If the return request is made after 15 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
